- Sales Support: They provide technical support to the sales team during pre-sales and post-sales activities, helping to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaison Role: They act as a liaison between the sales team and the product development team, communicating customer feedback and contributing to product improvements.
- Negotiation & Closing: They participate in contract negotiations and work to close sales deals.
- Relationship Building: They build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: They may also conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Troubleshooting: They help troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to customers.
