**Staffing**Creating schedules, hiring new staff, and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals
- **Training**Providing orientation and training to new employees
- **Inventory**Managing inventory, ordering cleaning products, and issuing supplies and equipment to staff
- **Quality assurance**Ensuring that cleanliness standards are met, inspecting work, and taking corrective action when necessary
- **Customer service**Providing high-quality customer service and training staff on how to handle customer requests
- **General assistance**Working alongside the housekeeping staff to complete cleaning and maintenance duties, and stepping in to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Some skills that are important for a housekeeping supervisor include: Attention to detail, Communication skills, Flexibility, Physical stamina, and Time management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
