**Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions to align with business requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, configuration, and data integrity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce updates, releases, and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and create documentation to support effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Salesforce and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on implementing, customizing, and developing apps.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: ₹280,022.45 - ₹1,475,943.35 per year
