**Job description**
- As a Tele Caller or Call Representative, your role is to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls on behalf of your organization
- You typically work in an academic sales environment, where you engage with students or prospects over the phone
- Here are some key aspects of your role:Making Outbound Calls: You make proactive outbound calls to customers or leads to initiate conversations, provide information, or promote courses of degree/diploma/certification courses.
- This may involve cold calling to reach potential customers and generate sales.
- Receiving Inbound Calls: You handle incoming calls from students or parents, addressing their inquiries, or providing assistance
- You ensure prompt and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction
- Customer Service: You provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions or guidance
- You strive to create positive experiences and build strong relationships with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹6,060.00 - ₹16,060.00 per month
