**Leading Manufacturing of Process Equipment and Addional shop floor sisstern company required for the following.**

Post - Sr Production Officer

Education - DME/BE-Mech

Experience required - minimum 4 to 8 years

Salary - As per experience

**JD of Officer - Production**

1) Looking after casting production, inventory management & manpower management.

2) **Resource Planning (Man, Machine, Materials)**

**3) Oversee production processes.**

4) Responsible for Production cycle & Productivity. Knowledge on **casting / Foundry**

5) Knowledge on **Machining process & methods.**

**6) Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.**
- **Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.**

7 ) Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.

**8) **Handling Shift Independently.Independently Handling Manpower in Shift.

9) Understanding on **2-D/3-D Drawing reading**

10) Co-ordinate with Vendors.

**11) Customer focus - Query resolution, On Time**

12) Productivity - MOST, **Efficiency.**

13 ) Any other task assigned by the Management.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
