**Job Areas for Backend Sales Coordinator**

**A. Client Relation-ship Management**:
1. Fixing meetings, blocking calendars,

2. Communication with customers / Clients - Message for - welcome, thanks, payment collection/reminder, logistics delivery confirmation.

3. Whats app marketing messages to all Client database as per digital calendar.

**B. Client Database Management**

1. Maintaining and Updating the list of Clients from all sources.

**C. Managing Enquiries**

**D. Feedback from Clients**

1. Taking Feedback forms
- Physical / google forms

2. Sharing Feedback monthly summary Grade points with the team for improvisation

**E. Logistics**

1. Making daily delivery excel report from Logistics register and coordinating with clients fo On-Time delivery and proactively communicating with Clients for any change in Deliveries.

2. Cross Checking with Warehouse teams for daily delivery schedules.

**F. MIS & Reports**

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
