**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 2 - 3 Experience in graphic designing field
- Minimum experience:

- 1 - 2 of Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.

IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED

**FULL TIME**

**Languages:

- ** English, Hindi and Marathi

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and Design**:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts for a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website assets, and more.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create visually engaging designs that align with the brand identity.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across all materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the brand identity guidelines.
- **Multimedia Design**:

- Create multimedia content, including but not limited to videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant multimedia elements into designs.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on design projects.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual content.
- Stay informed about advancements in design tools and techniques.
- **Adaptability**:

- Be adaptable to changing priorities and project requirements.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.
- Receive and incorporate feedback to enhance the quality of design work.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Experience with multimedia design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
