**Short Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Proven work experience as a IT Recruiter
- Responsible for end to end recruitment of junior level to top management.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing & screening techniques
- Should be expertise in head hunting through social media
- Should be able to work multiple requirements, simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hindi added advantage
- Knowledge and awareness in the leading technologies will be an added advantage
- Should be able to work independently and self-initiative

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Royapettah, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
