Responsibilities:

- **Audit Planning**: Develop and execute audit plans focused on compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- **Financial Statement Review**: Examine financial statements and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP.
- **Internal Controls Assessment**: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting and identify areas for improvement.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize analytical procedures to assess financial data and identify anomalies or trends.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed working papers, audit reports, and presentations that clearly outline findings, recommendations, and compliance status.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with management to communicate audit results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that financial practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- **Follow-Up**: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow-up audits as necessary.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on changes to US GAAP and relevant industry practices to enhance audit quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Semi Qualified CA /Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- **Experience**: prior audit experience with a focus on US GAAP, ideally in a public accounting or corporate environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of US GAAP and auditing standards (GAAS).

Working Conditions:

- May require occasional travel to client sites for audits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Must be comfortable with 12-9pm Shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
