**Job Summary**:
The IB Physics Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Physics to students enrolled in the **International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP)**. The teacher will foster critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and a deep understanding of scientific concepts through practical and theoretical lessons, while preparing students for IB assessments and university-level studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with IB curriculum standards (MYP & DP).
- Guide students in developing scientific investigation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Use modern teaching tools, including simulations, experiments, and digital resources.
- **Student Assessment & Progress Tracking**:

- Prepare students for **IB internal and external assessments**, including IA (Internal Assessment), Extended Essay (EE), and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) integration.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments following IB grading criteria.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student growth.
- **Laboratory & Practical Work**:

- Organize and supervise laboratory experiments in accordance with IB guidelines.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the lab.
- Encourage students to design and conduct independent research projects.
- **Classroom Management & Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Encourage critical thinking and curiosity through discussions and problem-solving activities.
- **Parental Communication & Collaboration**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and school events.
- **Professional Development & School Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with **IB pedagogy, assessment guidelines, and best practices** through ongoing professional development.
- Work closely with other IB faculty to ensure interdisciplinary connections (TOK, EE, CAS).
- Participate in IB workshops, training, and accreditation processes.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
