**Job Description**:
Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge of the entire General Insurance (Health, Motor & Life Insurance)
- Should have excellent connections in a market with the Agents at the appropriate level i.e. Insurance Dept Heads to generate leads & positive conversions.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
- Should be a Highly Motivated Individual and should be able to drive Chanel with ownership
- Coordinate with Insurance Agents and customers.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
- Should know the local agent network.
- Graduation degree in any stream and have strong communication skills.
- Some awareness of any Insurance and the zeal to be a Pro in Sales.
- Experience from 1 year to 3 years or above.
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
