**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate learning through innovative teaching methods that promote critical thinking and conceptual understanding.
- Monitor and assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports, ensuring transparency.
- Create a supportive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Participate in and contribute to extracurricular activities, clubs, and co-curricular programs to foster holistic student development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies with school goals and curriculum standards.
- Attend faculty meetings, training programs, and workshops to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **3 years of teaching experience** in a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in **English communication** (spoken and written).
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to connect with students effectively.
- Additional skills in extracurricular activities, clubs, or co-curricular programs are an advantage.
