**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Development**: Identify and develop new clients in international markets for additives in fertilizer improvement, mining additives, and plasticizers. Analyse emerging trends and customer needs to craft marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents. Act as the contact to address inquiries, handle negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Promotion & Branding**: Develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns that enhance the brand image and positioning of OAN Industries’ products on the global stage.
- **Market Research**: Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive landscapes, market trends, and regional demands. Use insights to guide strategy and identify potential growth opportunities.
- **Agency & Distribution Management**: Support in identifying and managing agency and distribution agreements to streamline product entry and distribution in targeted regions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and achieve international sales goals, including pricing strategies, volume targets, and customer acquisition metrics.
- **Technical Expertise**: Coordinate with the technical and laboratory teams to understand product specifications, customer requirements, and technical support needed for new and existing clients.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Ensure all international transactions are compliant with export regulations. Manage documentation for contracts, shipping, and other export-related processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Marketing, Chemistry, or related fields. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in international marketing or business development, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- **Knowledge of Export Markets**: Familiarity with international markets, especially in sectors such as fertilizers, mining additives, or plasticizers.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to make strategic decisions.
- **Technical Acumen**: Basic knowledge of chemical products and an ability to communicate technical specifications confidently.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
