About the job:
Responsibility:
- High Quality Releases: No deviations from the planned delivery timelines. Meet the deadlines with no slippage
- Communicate effectively and work closely with others, i.e. Project Managers, Developers and other testers from the same or across teams and Business owners, etc., when issues/questions arise
- To assure that the changes we release to our production environment with the usability and functionality is aligned with Business and clients’ expectations
- Ability to execute complex tasks with high quality and mínimal handholding.
- Follow up on issues/tasks, handle multiple tasks and cross teams’ tasks effectively.
- Experience with design and development of manual test cases/test suite based upon functional and design specifications.
- Responsible for ensuring that regression suite is updated and handover given to RTE team, for the work being done on the team
- Mandate:
- Should have 5-8 years of experience.
- Strong test analysis skills (both functional and non-functional tests)
- Experience with database schemas and querying tools (i.e., SQL)
- Experience with Performance Testing of complex systems
- Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Regression Testing, STLC
- Should have experience in creation & execution of Test Cases/Scenarios out of requirements.
- Agile methodologies
- Good to have:
- Working experience in Capital Market Domain and knowledge of Trade Life Cycle.
- Testing with Investment banking domain background and having some automation experience.
- Automation analysis/ trouble shooting and making automation up and running
- Continuously learn more about the product, platform and domain
