**Job Title**:AI Trainer (Senior Principal Instructor)

**Job Type**:Full Time / Freelance

**Certification**: Preferred (AI/ML/GenAI/Data Science)

**Exp**: 10+years
**Travel Requirement**: Comfortable with travel to client locations for training delivery (company will cover travel and accommodation expenses, if required)

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver hands-on training sessions in AI, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.- Develop and maintain engaging training materials, labs, and real-world case studies.- Mentor learners and provide query resolution post-training.- Customize training programs to suit client and business needs.- Collect learner feedback and recommend improvements for training delivery.

**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models), and Agentic AI workflows.- Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment of GenAI models.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML/GenAI workflows.

**Preferred**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML/GenAI, with prior training or mentoring exposure.- Industry certifications in AI/ML/GenAI/Data Science.- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and production deployment of generative/agentic AI solutions.-
