**A. **D**uties and Responsibilities**:

- Learns how to respond to changing priorities and client needs without neglecting other responsibilities
- Learns the role and accountability of System Publishing within Clinical Trial Testing Solutions.
- Learns of the processes involved in the production of protocols, SOPs, analytical procedures, working documents, forms, reports, data evaluation and Client/QA audits is required.
- Learns processes designed to ensure templates for the laboratory execution system are accurate.
- Supports user base by troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex issues.
- Lab Execution System Support:

- Learns to build templates.

**B**. **Education/Qualifications**:
Required:
Masters in Biotech/Zoology/Biology/Biochemistry

Adherence to proper grammar, punctuation, composition, and spelling
- according to company standard conventions.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory agency guidelines.

**C.** **E**xperience**:
**Minimum Required**:
One year of relevant experience, can include experience as a chemist, study coordinator, project manager, or equivalent with a MSc degree
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Efficient in prioritizing and managing time.

**D. **Shift Timings**:
Should be flexible for AM / PM shifts

E. Special Factors

Overtime and weekend work as required
