**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative directors and other team members to understand project requirements and vision, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and desired aesthetic.
- Utilize strong negotiation and coordination skills to work with vendors for prop making and sourcing, maintaining a cost-effective approach without compromising on quality.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of art direction to conceptualize and execute unique set design ideas that enhance visual storytelling.
- Manage vendor relationships and expenses effectively, ensuring projects stay within budget constraints.
- Remain open to suggestions and ideas from team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and color schemes during photo shoots, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
- Showcase versatility in product styling for both photo and video shoots, adapting techniques as required.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Act as a team player, collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in set styling/set designing and art direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent negotiation and coordination skills, with a frugal approach to vendor management.
- A keen sense of art direction and attention to detail.
- Ability to generate unique set design ideas and work effectively with set referencing.
- Experience in managing vendors and controlling expenses.
- Versatility in product styling for both photo and video shoots.
- Strong adherence to brand guidelines and color schemes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
