Hiring for Data Entry Executive

Experience : 1-3 year

Salary : 15k to 18k

Location : Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Software knowledge: Tally ERP

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our ERP system and Tally software.
- Process and verify purchase orders, inventory records, and sales data.
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in generating reports for management regarding inventory levels, sales performance, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify data as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues promptly.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in any stream.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in the food and beverages industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Tally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is a plus.
