**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and control boiler systems to generate steam and heat required for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Monitor boiler parameters, including water level, pressure, and temperature, to ensure stable and efficient operation.
- Perform routine inspections of boilers and associated equipment, identifying and reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines while operating boilers.
- Adjust boiler settings as required to maintain optimal performance and comply with production demands.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and perform boiler maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and record boiler performance data, including fuel consumption and efficiency metrics.
- Train and guide junior boiler operators in proper boiler operation and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure steam supply meets production requirements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance boiler efficiency and reliability.
- Respond to boiler emergencies and take appropriate actions to prevent accidents or shutdowns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to boiler operation and maintenance.

**Salary**: ₹11,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
