We’re seeking a talented Comedy Scriptwriter to create 8-10 minute scripts for animated and live-action videos. You’ll write in the style of Not Your Type, Slayy Point, BB Ki Vines, or Ashish Chanchlani, blending absurd humor, rapid-fire punchlines, and Indian pop culture (e.g., *Anupamaa*, Dhoni, Instagram reels). Scripts must include humorous product plugs (e.g., finance apps) and energetic calls-to-action (e.g., “7 lakh likes”) to drive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write 2-4 original scripts weekly (1000-1500 words each) for short-form video content.
- Develop relatable, hilarious stories around themes like urban life, college chaos, or street food tamasha.
- Weave in Indian cultural references (e.g., Bollywood, cricket, desi slang) and stereotypes (e.g., shady uncles, dramatic aunties) with sensitivity.
- Integrate promotional plugs seamlessly into the comedic narrative.
- Collaborate with animators and editors to ensure scripts shine on screen.
- Revise scripts based on feedback to nail the desi comedic tone.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience writing comedy scripts for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). Portfolio required.
- Strong knowledge of Indian pop culture, including Bollywood, TV serials, cricket, and internet trends.
- Skill crafting fast-paced, absurd humor with punchlines, tangents, and cultural callbacks.
- Ability to write relatable satire using desi slang and stereotypes respectfully.
- Experience with short-form storytelling (5-10 minutes).
- Bonus: Understanding of animation or video production workflows.
