Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
=Splicing & Termination:
Perform precise splicing of 96-core and higher fiber optic cables to maintain high signal quality.

Connect new fiber optic cables to existing networks efficiently.

=Testing & Troubleshooting:
Test fiber cables using tools like OTDR, fusion splicers, power meters, and light sources.

Identify and fix issues such as signal loss, breaks, or damage in fiber optic cables.

=Cable Installation:
Install fiber optic cables in underground, aerial, or building environments.

Ensure proper termination and secure connections for long-term network reliability.

=Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of splice locations, test results, and project updates.

Update cable diagrams and related documents for 96-core fiber optic projects.

=Network Maintenance:
Quickly respond to network outages or fiber breaks and conduct timely repairs.

=Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, managers, and other technicians to complete tasks efficiently.

Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills to align with project goals.

=Client Interaction:
Provide basic reports and updates to clients regarding progress and issues.

Education & Skills Requirements:
=Qualifications:
High school diploma (required); technical certifications in telecommunications or fiber optics preferred.

=2-5 years of experience in fiber optic splicing, with a focus on 96-core cables or higher.

=Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with high-core-count fiber cables is essential.

Proficiency with tools such as OTDR, fusion splicers, and power meters.

Strong understanding of fiber optic technology and network infrastructures.

=Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and reporting abilities, especially for client interactions.

Ability to work well independently and within a team.

=Flexibility:
Willingness to travel for on-site work.

Pay: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
