**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and resourceful Video Editor to join our content team. This role requires someone who can turn raw footage into captivating video content—whether it's for social media, ads, reels, brand stories, or event recaps. You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through slick edits, motion graphics, and great sound design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit video content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn), marketing campaigns, and branded content.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and strategists to develop compelling video narratives.
- Create basic animations, transitions, and motion graphics where required.
- Select music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure timely delivery of edits and adapt quickly to feedback and changes.
- Manage multiple video projects at various stages of production simultaneously.
- Keep up with platform trends, formats, and algorithm-friendly editing styles.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in a digital/agency environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and performance ads.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and subtitling.
- Ability to independently take a brief from concept to final cut.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A reel or portfolio that showcases a range of work (brand videos, reels, promos, etc.) is **mandatory**.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
