**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in Manual testing.
- Strong understanding of QA processes.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Test cases and Test Scripts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary role of the QA Tester is to create and execute test cases for both automation and manual testing. This includes preparing and presenting comprehensive test results and statistics. You will be responsible for analyzing and communicating various test scenarios as needed. Collaboration with the QA manager is vital to maintain a high level of release quality in production. Expertise in Functional and Regression testing across Web and Mobile platforms is expected. Due to extensive interaction with development and technical teams, fostering close working relationships across associated systems and business units is essential. Demonstrating a continuous commitment to enhancing QA practices, optimizing workflows, fostering teamwork, and adhering to established QA processes is crucial.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Proficient understanding of the manual testing process, test tools, and creation and comprehension of testing artifacts such as test plans and test cases.

2. Mandatory solid knowledge of UI testing and functionality testing.

3. Good understanding of the Defect life cycle process.

4. Designing comprehensive test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.

5. Execution of tests on source code.

6. Thorough analysis of test results and effective reporting to the development team.

7. Collaborating closely with the development team to rectify identified bugs and errors.
