**SEO Specialist**

As an SEO Specialist/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our website. You will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, and analyzing website performance metrics. Your efforts will directly impact our online presence, search rankings, and overall digital marketing success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Keyword Research and Analysis**:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for targeting.
Analyze keyword trends, search volume, and competition to prioritize keyword selection.
**On-Page Optimization**:
Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and headers for targeted keywords.
Ensure website pages are well-structured, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly.
**Technical SEO**:
Identify and resolve technical issues that may affect search engine crawling and indexing.
Optimize website speed, URL structure, and internal linking for better user experience and search visibility.
**Off-Page Optimization**:
Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Build relationships with relevant websites for guest posting, partnerships, and backlink acquisition.
**Content Strategy**:
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that addresses user intent.
Ensure content aligns with targeted keywords and provides value to the audience.
**Monitoring and Analysis**:
Monitor and report on organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
Analyze website traffic, rankings, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
**Stay Updated**:
Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Adapt strategies to align with changes in search engine algorithms.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in implementing successful SEO strategies and improving search rankings.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development basics for technical SEO optimizations.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Creativity and adaptability to evolve strategies in response to changing search landscape.

**Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills**:
Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Basic understanding of other digital marketing channels, such as social media and paid advertising.
