We are seeking an innovative and experienced Executive Chef/CDP Chef to lead our kitchen team. Our restaurant is known for its fusion of modern and traditional cuisines, offering a unique dining experience in the Ireland. Ireland has some of the best sceneries in the world. The whole country is surrounded by beautiful coastlines and filled with wonderful landscapes.

**High salary package**: € 34000-€ 45000

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect our culinary vision.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and high standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies, maintaining cost control without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen. **Qualifications**:

- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in specific cuisine, e.g., Chinese, French, Italian, Indian, Asian Fusion and Thai.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**: 12th/Any Graduate
