Position: MIS Executive

Location: Mumbai

- **Data Cleaning & Validation**:
Regularly clean, validate, and update datasets to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.

Identify and address data anomalies and discrepancies through appropriate validation techniques.

Manage data import/export processes to and from various internal systems and external sources.
- **Automation of Reporting Processes**:
Develop and maintain automated solutions for regular reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, or other automation tools.

Identify opportunities for automation within data handling, reporting, and analysis processes.

Implement macros or scripts to streamline data preparation and reporting workflows.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:
Compile, analyze, and distribute regular reports based on operational and financial data.

Create customized reports as per management and department requirements.

Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders.
- **Database Management**:
Ensure the accuracy of data within the MIS systems by managing data inputs and performing regular audits.

Support database management tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving data issues.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data and reporting needs.

Communicate with internal teams to gather information and address data-related challenges.
- **Process Improvement**:
Suggest improvements to current data processing, reporting, and storage methods to enhance overall efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest data handling and automation technologies and incorporate them into daily operations.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
2-4 years of experience in an MIS, Data Management, or similar role.

Strong expertise in data cleaning, data validation, and automation processes.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, VBA/Macros), SQL, and Power Query.

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, RPA) is a plus.

Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
