Job Description: Digital Marketing Assistant

Join our team at JP Planters, a leading brand in the home and garden décor industry, as a Digital Marketing Assistant. As our brand continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated individual to handle our online marketplaces and drive our social media presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize our presence on online marketplaces, including Amazon and other relevant platforms. This includes creating and updating product listings, monitoring inventory, and ensuring product information is accurate and appealing.
- Execute digital marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness, online visibility, and sales growth across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Develop and implement engaging social media content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews across all platforms, ensuring prompt and helpful customer service.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online promotions and sales campaigns, including coupon codes, discounts, and special offers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, particularly Amazon.
- Experience with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for business purposes.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation using relevant design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
