Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced freelance trainer to deliver comprehensive online training on UK taxation to our team of professionals based in India. As part of our global tax compliance initiative, you will design and deliver a structured learning program focusing on UK tax regulatory updates, compliance essentials, and hands-on software training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a detailed training scope and curriculum with clear learning outcomes
- Deliver online training sessions (live and recorded) with interactive elements
- Provide hands-on training on tax regulations, compliance procedures, and relevant tax software
- Customize content to meet the specific needs of our tax teams
- Offer subscription-based learning solutions and evaluate external learning providers
- Track learning progress and effectiveness, providing regular reporting

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in delivering UK taxation training programs
- In-depth knowledge of UK tax regulatory updates, compliance essentials, and relevant tax software
- Excellent online training delivery and facilitation skills
- Ability to design engaging and interactive training content
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
