You will be working as IS Application Architect - ERP SAP SCM RTS, reporting to IS Service Manager for Electrification Business Area based in Hyderabad. As an IS Software Engineer Operations you will be responsible for contributing technical and business process/data expertise to support ongoing operations and/or develop new software.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Global SAP ERP IT Operation Excellence, delivering 24x7 business operations support(L2/3/4), Compliance, Service Now, SLA, Change Management for SCM function.
- Assist in resolving major incidents and critical situations, provide input and expertise to solutions when there is a major impact on Information Systems solutions/services.
- Provide guidance or support to Vendor teams, guide and monitor task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
- Communicate with stakeholders and IS Service Manager.
- Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement.
- Maintain working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the operations area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 Years’ experience with SAP SCM.
- Experience with strong problem-solving skills and functional expertise in ERP implementations is required.
- Experience in SAP Materials Management Process (Procurement, Inventory management, Third Party order processing, Consignment and Supplier Collaboration etc)
- Experience in configuring Supply Chain Management, output determination and knowledge of ABAP preferred including familiar with BAPIs, IDOCs and integration to middleware’s.
- Knowledge of programming and design techniques, including structured and object-oriented programming including BADIs/User Exits etc.
- Should be able to work on RICEF and good knowledge of SCM integration with other modules and overall end-to-end business processes.
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex Supply Chain Management issues.
