- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing or related field

**Experience**: 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in the stationary items industry

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for market penetration.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop marketing strategies and plans to promote Surya Imports & Exports stationary items. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information as needed.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs. Assist in the development of sales pitches and proposals.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure that the Surya Imports & Exports brand is represented consistently across all marketing materials and communications. Implement branding guidelines and standards.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Plan and execute promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and generate leads.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for expanding the company's presence in existing and new markets. Explore partnerships and collaborations to reach new customers.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives using metrics such as sales data, website traffic, and customer feedback. Prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
