**Compensation**: Base Salary + Commission on Sales Conversion

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused **Sales Associate** to join our team in Indore. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and driving conversions. This is a **feet-on-street** role, ideal for individuals who thrive in direct, in-person sales environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively approach and engage with potential customers.
- Drive sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth post-sale service.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Willingness to work on the field and interact directly with customers.
- Must be based in Indore or willing to relocate.
