Insurance Agent

**JOB DETAILS**
1.Calculate dividends and create payment methods.
2.Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
3.Distribute policy proceeds after a claim is submitted and approved.
4.Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles.
5.Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of initiatives to management.
6.Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
7.Track insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction.
8.Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
9.Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and insurance quoting tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Ethical and professional conduct, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
- Ongoing commitment to learning and professional development.
**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
