Job Title: Clean Room Packaging Operator

Job Summary:
The Clean Room Packaging Operator is responsible for performing packaging tasks within a controlled clean room environment. This includes operating packaging machinery, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a sterile environment to meet regulatory standards. The operator ensures that the packaging process is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with cleanliness and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean Room Operations: Perform all packaging tasks within a clean room environment, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards to prevent contamination. Follow all protocols for gowning and maintaining the integrity of the clean room.

Operating Packaging Equipment: Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines within the clean room environment. Ensure that equipment is functioning correctly and adjust settings as required for optimal performance.

Product Inspection: Inspect packaged products for quality, ensuring that packaging, labeling, and seals meet specifications. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Maintaining Clean Room Standards: Follow clean room operational procedures to maintain the sterile environment. Regularly clean and disinfect workstations, tools, and equipment according to SOPs to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Packaging Materials Handling: Ensure the proper storage, handling, and preparation of packaging materials (e.g., bottles, labels, cartons) before use in the clean room. Report shortages or damaged materials to the relevant team.

Documentation: Accurately complete all required packaging and quality control documentation, including batch records, production logs, and cleaning logs, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while in the clean room to prevent contamination. Follow clean room gowning procedures and maintain the cleanliness of all work areas.

Collaborating with Team: Work closely with other clean room operators and team members to ensure smooth and efficient packaging operations. Communicate any issues with the packaging process or materials promptly to minimize production delays.

Training and Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on clean room operations, quality standards, and packaging techniques. Implement continuous improvement ideas to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; certification or training in clean room operations or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a clean room or controlled environment is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify any defects in products or packaging and ensure compliance with cleanliness and quality standards.

Clean Room Knowledge: Familiarity with clean room protocols, gowning procedures, and maintaining sterile environments.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work for extended periods in a clean room environment, which may include standing, lifting packaging materials, and moving products.

Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with team members in a controlled environment.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor issues related to machinery or packaging within the clean room.

Working Conditions:
The role will be based in a clean room environment, requiring adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

The job may involve shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on production schedules.

Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including gloves, gowns, masks, and face shields.

The operator will need to follow all health and safety protocols related to clean room operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
