**Fundamental Parameters**:
1. Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

2. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture

3. Experience: Minimum 5-6 years

**Functional Parameters**:
1. Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site assessments to understand the natural and built environment, including soil conditions, climate, topography, and existing vegetation.

2. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to determine their goals, preferences, and budget for landscape projects.

3. Design Concept Development: Create conceptual designs that incorporate the client's vision and address site-specific challenges and opportunities.

4. Master Planning: Develop comprehensive master plans that outline the layout of the landscape, including hardscape and softscape elements.

5. Construction Documents: Prepare detailed construction plans and specifications for contractors, including layout, grading, drainage, and material selections.

6. Cost Estimation: Provide cost estimates and budgets for proposed landscape projects.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that landscape designs comply with local zoning regulations, environmental laws, and building codes.

8. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of landscape projects, including coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

9. Client Presentations: Present design concepts and plans to clients and stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback.

10. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate the landscape into broader development projects.

11. 3D Modeling: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D representations of landscape designs.

12. Maintenance Plans: Create maintenance guidelines for clients to ensure the long-term health and beauty of the landscape.

13. Construction Supervision: Monitor and inspect construction progress to ensure that the project aligns with the approved plans.
