English Language Teacher

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Developing lesson plans that meet the needs of students across different levels of English proficiency.
2. Implementing interactive activities to enhance language skills and comprehension.
3. Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback.
4. Creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
5. Participating in staff meetings and ongoing teacher training sessions.

**Key Qualifications**:
1. Fluent in Hindi and English.
2. Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
3. Prior experience teaching English as a second language is preferred.
4. Familiarity with various teaching strategies and methods.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
