**Responsibilities**:
Dynamic Delivery: Conduct live training sessions (both in-person and virtual) that engage customers, promote participation, and effectively address their learning needs.

Customer-Centric: Adapt training approaches to accommodate different learning styles, levels of experience, and address customer questions and pain points with confidence.

Knowledge Tracking: Stay up-to-date on our company's latest developments, products, services, and industry trends to ensure training materials are current and informative.

Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to consistently enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

Handling difficult members from audience.

Self Confidence for public speaking.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent Communication Skills: A natural ability to convey complex information clearly, concisely, and in an engaging manner, both verbally and in writing.

Teaching Experience: A proven track record in instructing or training adults, ideally in a customer-facing or technology-related setting.

Subject Matter Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and industries to develop relevant training materials.

Organizational Skills: Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple training programs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), and video conferencing tools.

Proficiency in English, Malayalam and Hindi

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
