Dpm (Finishing)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a seasoned **Deputy Project Manager (Finishing)** to lead and manage all finishing works in our high-rise residential and commercial projects. The role demands strong leadership, quality focus, and timely execution of premium finishes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise finishing activities (plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, false ceilings, façade works).
- Ensure high-quality standards, timely delivery, and compliance with GHMC norms.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
- Oversee material approvals, procurement coordination, and resource planning.
- Prepare units for client handover and ensure punch-list closure.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
- 12-18 years of construction experience, with at least 10+ years in finishing for high-rise/commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, quality control, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
