**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and execute CSR projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with NGOs, government departments, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper utilization and reporting of CSR funds.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory CSR requirements
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in **CSR**, preferably with exposure to **government schemes and subsidies**.
- Strong understanding of **CSR law and government incentives (state/central level)**.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with documentation, reporting, and compliance in CSR projects.
- Knowledge of working with NGOs and public-private partnership models is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
