**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective **marketing and brand strategies** for detergent and soap products
- Conduct **field visits (1 week/month)** to monitor market trends, meet distributors/retailers, and gather feedback
- Manage and expand the **dealer and distribution network** across targeted regions
- Plan and execute **promotional campaigns**, product demos, and marketing events
- Monitor **sales performance**, analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the production and sales team to align demand planning and product delivery
- Create and manage content for marketing collaterals (print, digital, social media)
- Ensure **brand visibility** at retail outlets and improve shelf presence
- Provide monthly reports and recommendations to management for strategy improvement
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest actionable insights

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in FMCG marketing (preferably in detergent/soap sector)
- Strong understanding of **rural and semi-urban market dynamics**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for **monthly field visits (with TA/DA provided)**:

- Proficiency in Tamil and basic English; knowledge of local geography preferred
