**Position: Die Fitter for Plastic Injection Mold**

**Job Summary**:As a Die Fitter at PAL TECHNOLOGY, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously assemble and fine-tune newly manufactured plastic injection molds to ensure optimal performance and quality in the molding process. Your precision and technical expertise will contribute to the successful production of high-quality plastic components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with mold design and engineering teams to understand the specifications and requirements of new plastic injection molds.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of mold components.
- Assemble mold components with a high level of precision, using various hand tools and equipment.
- Conduct thorough fitting and adjustment of mold components to achieve proper alignment and functionality.
- Collaborate closely with tooling engineers, machinists, and quality control to ensure molds meet design specifications and production standards.
- Participate in mold testing and fine-tuning processes, identifying and addressing any issues related to mold performance or part quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that arise during mold assembly and testing.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, adjustments made, and any modifications required.
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical background with experience in mold making, or a related field.
- Proven 2-5 years of experience as a Die Fitter in a plastic injection molding or mold fabrication environment.
- Strong understanding of mold components, assembly techniques, and adjustment processes.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise assembly work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and fine-tune mold components.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to established safety protocols.
