**Responsibilities**:

- Researching Potential Vendor
- Comparing and Evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Maintaining the purchase policy and ensure that all the purchase adhere to it.
- Manage any procurement activates including the REP’s (Request of proposals)
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Follow the purchase order process. (Create Po, Arrange samples, negotiate, order, arrange transport, follow up till the goods reach factory)
- Control purchasing department budget.
- Follow up with accounts for vendor payment.
- Produce and maintain all the reports.

**Requisite Skills**:

- Excellent teamwork, organization and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

- Timely tracking and arrangement of material at plant

- Experience in planning and implementing purchase strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proven experience in purchase; experience as a purchase coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
