**About the Job**

We're seeking a skilled Longform Content Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Longform Content Editor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and coherence of blogs and web copy produced by our internal and external resources. Your mission is to uphold exceptional standards of written communication, attention to detail, and research skills, contributing to the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with client goals.

**Your Impact**:

- Manage the editing lifecycle for long-form content, maintaining quality and strategic alignment with client objectives.
- Exercise autonomy in prioritizing and innovating editing processes, utilizing advanced tools to enhance content quality.
- Collaborate effectively within the team, embodying organizational values and leveraging feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track quality assurance through our workflows, updating lifelines and error logs to ensure accuracy.
- Provide constructive feedback to drafters for improvements, facilitating individual training and calibration meetings.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Experience in proofreading and editing content.
- Ability to translate skills to other employees through coaching
- Ability to multitask, be decisive, and remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Vendasta O&O products, including but not limited to Task Manager, Social Marketing, etc., and the overall Vendasta platform is considered an asset.

**Responsible for the following KPIs**:

- Words Edited/Day
- Days to Longform Content Delivery
- Overdue Tasks and Customer Wait Times
- Quality Assurance of Deliverables
