- Using CAD software or traditional drafting tools to create detailed drawings of buildings, roads, bridges, and other civil engineering projects.
- Developing plans, elevations, sections, and other types of drawings required for construction and analysis.

*Collaborating with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.

*Receiving sketches and instructions from engineers and converting them into digital or physical drawings.
- Providing feedback and suggestions on design and layout.
- May assist with field surveys and site inspections.
- May calculate dimensions and quantities.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience is required
