**Content / Copy Writer** **Marwadi Shares and Finance Limited.** Marwadi was established in 1992 at Rajkot, Gujarat. Leveraging the network and its world-class products and services, MSFL has a 4.1L customer base. **Job Purpose**: - We are looking for a creative and passionate writer who can write engaging, readable, and grammatically correct content on the financial markets and economy. The key deliverable will be to ensure that the content is powerful, engaging, unique, and relevant to create interest for consumers, generate views/ shares, brings traffic to the relevant content piece, and possibly converts them into a customer. A thorough knowledge of how major search engines operate will be necessary. **Requirements**: - Qualification: Fresh Graduates / Post Graduates in Journalism, Advertising, Communication, English, Literature, Gujarati literature, or related fields can also apply. - Experience: Minimum 2- 4 years - CTC: 4.0 to 6.0 LPA - Location: Rajkot - Vacancy: 1 **Responsibilities**: **1. Content Development**: Write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, mobile apps and Print Media. **2. New Product Content Strategy**: Develop product-specific content strategies for new launches—features, benefits, USPs, and investor-focused messaging. **3. Event Content Creation**: Create scripts, invites, banners, promotional posts, and post-event summaries for investor meets, webinars, and launches. **4. SEO & Website Optimization**: Research keywords and create optimized content to improve search visibility and user engagement. **5. Social Media Writing**: Draft content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram with brand-consistent voice and tone. **7. Calendar Planning**: Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, events, and brand objectives, ensuring timely approvals and execution." **8. Research & Insights**: Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, competitor offerings, and investor behavior to inform content. **9. Performance Review**: Track content performance through analytics and tweak content for better engagement and conversions. **10. Editing & Proofreading**: Review and refine content to ensure clarity, grammar, and tone consistency. **11. Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with product, marketing, compliance, and design teams to ensure content accuracy and visual appeal. **Skills**: - Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Should be Accurate and responsible **Personality**: - Careful and diligent, even meticulous, with a good dose of common sense - Efficient, effective, and organized in both the physical and digital worlds - modestly confident and also personable, good-humored, and trustworthy - Informal but 100% professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners.
