**Overview**:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy. This includes creating and scheduling social media content, engaging with followers, analyzing and reporting on social media performance, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company's social media strategy across all platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Create and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with the company's brand and target audience
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and report on social media performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the social media strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media and other marketing efforts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Should have knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
