Spa Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves managing bookings, handling payments, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with spa staff to ensure a smooth and relaxing guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Maintain spa booking system and ensure accuracy of schedules.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and process gift certificates.
- Provide information about spa services, treatments, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene reception area.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints efficiently and empathetically.
- Communicate effectively with therapists and management to ensure seamless service.
- Upsell spa services and retail products when appropriate.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Above High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with scheduling mobile apps and basic computer skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
