Junior Architect

We are seeking a creative and skilled Jr.Architect to lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction. You will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with sustainability principles. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver functional and visually appealing designs. By employing your right-brained thinking and technical expertise, you will contribute to the creation of architectural masterpieces that enhance the built environment. **Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- 3 yrs of experience required in design and development
- Proven working experience as an Architect
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Design software (add)
- Microsoft ppt
- Video render softwares
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills

**Responsibilities**
- Absorb all input details to develop a project plan, model etc.
- Collect all details from the client side and discussions and interactions to gather the relevant details of Land, Project and Identies.
- Aware of building rules and regulations.
- Concept designing
- Develop 3d and renders to clear the ideas
- Guide the drafting and sanction department
- Coordinate the MEP and structure department
- Develop the required files for every project and (or) document, DPR, also file it properly in the backup folder and delivered according to the requirement.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
