**Job Description -**

**As a International BPO executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support through various channels. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in customer service and are passionate about helping others.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.**:

- **Provide detailed information about products and services.**:

- **Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and technical support.**:

- **Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.**:

- **Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.**:

- **Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.**:

- **Follow company procedures and guidelines to manage customer interactions.**:

- **Continuously seek to improve customer support processes and efficiency.**

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:No prior experience required**

**Skills**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Strong problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.**:

- **Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software/tools.**:

- **Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help customers.**

**Salary - 18k to 45k**

**Cab facility available for female employees.**
