**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate product/service information.
- Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and follow-up details.
- Prepare, verify, and manage challans for deliveries and dispatches.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely order processing.
- Follow up with clients for payment collections and document submissions.
- Prepare and maintain basic sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Experience in tele calling, customer service, or similar roles preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: As per company standards (Incentives applicable for performance).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
