**O2C Cash Apps - Sr Associate**

**Order to Cash position**
- Analyse and review data of new customer to assign and credit terms.
- Follow up with regional collections supervisors & track status.
- Maintain Daily Report
- Maintain KRA of Team Member
- Solve Customer Queries Regarding Service Issue & resolving disputed for their outstanding
- To ensure credit policy adherence to the accepted standards.
- Mapping client’s requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with the guidelines specified by the client.
- Drive quality initiatives and process improvements
- Responsible for delivering as per the SLA’s laid down by the client and internally
- Closing Monthly Performance banding.
- Responsible for creating Daily and weekly reports
- Update SOP on regular basis if any changes amended.
- Maintain Audit documents for internal and external Audits.

**MANDATORY SKILLS**
- **Minimum of 3 yrs to 6 yrs of experience in order to cash is must.**:

- Excellent Communications (Written and Verbal)
- JD Edward ERP experience is Plus
- Flexible to work in shift timings.
- Excellent Skills with Microsoft tools.

**Experience : 5 to 6 yrs**

**Notice period : Immediate to 15 days only apply.**

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- UK shift
- US shift
